You can meet the team, explore the learning environment and talk through your child’s needs, preferred care days, current availability and the enrolment process.
Start by contacting us or booking a tour. We will discuss availability and current fees, then explain the required enrolment information and orientation steps if a suitable place is available.
Talk positively about the new experience, visit together when possible and share your child’s routines, interests, comfort items and support needs with the team.
The team will provide a current list for your child’s program. Clearly label all belongings and speak with us in advance about comfort items, dietary needs or medication procedures.
We value regular family communication. During your tour or enrolment, the team will explain the current approved method for sharing day-to-day information and important notices.
Please contact the centre for the current illness and exclusion policy. If a child becomes unwell while attending, the team will follow the approved procedure and contact an authorised parent or guardian when required.
